Our platform allows users to create, manage, and broadcast their own online radio stations.

By creating an account or using MYO.RADIO, you agree to these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1.3 Your Content & Responsibilities

• You retain all rights to the content (music, shows, speech) you upload or broadcast.

• By uploading or streaming, you grant MYO.RADIO a non-exclusive license to host, cache, and stream content to ensure the functionality of your station.

• You are responsible for obtaining the necessary broadcasting, performing rights, and music licenses.

1.4 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate Swiss or international law (including copyright, broadcasting, or telecommunications rules).

• Transmit harmful code, spam, harassment, or disruptive content.

1.5 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

1.6 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, MYO.RADIO is not liable for:
